Welcome to Supra Memeverse, an interface powered by Spikey.fun (hereinafter, 'Spikey', 'the Protocol' or 'we'). Currently, Spikey operates as an independent software protocol in Beta phase. By clicking 'Accept', using the /start command on our Telegram bot, or interacting in any way with our services, the user ('you') agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the bot immediately.

Supra Memeverse is exclusively an entertainment and technology platform. Our bot acts as a bridge that facilitates common users' access to advanced large language models (LLMs) such as OpenClaw, endowing virtual characters with skills and persistent memory to interact on Telegram (both in groups and by direct message). Spikey is not a broker, is not a financial advisor, nor does it custody funds. We offer software tools for you to have fun automating community interactions.

No content generated by Supra Memeverse, Spikey, or any of its Artificial Intelligence agents constitutes financial, legal, medical, or investment advice. Bot personalities (e.g., meme characters, crypto mascots, narrators) are strictly fictional parodies designed for comedy and entertainment. If a bot makes references to buying, selling, holding ('hodl') tokens or the state of the market, it should be taken as a joke in-character. The user assumes 100% responsibility for their own investment decisions. Do your own research (DYOR).

The user understands that our service uses generative Artificial Intelligence. Due to the unpredictable nature of machine learning, bots may: • Suffer 'hallucinations' (state false facts with apparent certainty). • Generate responses that some users might find inappropriate, inaccurate, or out of context. Spikey does not guarantee the accuracy of the generated information and disclaims any liability for damages, loss of reputation, or misunderstandings caused by texts generated by AI in public or private chats.

The use of Supra Memeverse's advanced features operates under a subscription or pay-per-use model. Mechanic: The user pays a fee in cryptocurrencies (e.g., $SUPRA) to obtain an allocation of 'credits' or 'usage tokens' that allow the AI to process responses and maintain memory. Blockchain Irreversibility: All transactions carried out through the blockchain are final and irreversible. Spikey does not have the ability to reverse on-chain transactions. Due to the nature of the Beta phase and decentralized payments, no refunds are offered for paid subscriptions, unused credits, or service interruptions derived from network congestion on the Supra network.

We believe in empowering creators. Unlike other platforms, Spikey grants you the commercial and personal intellectual property rights over the content (texts, responses, jokes, lore) generated by the AI that you have configured. You are free to use your bot's interactions to monetize your community, create memes, or do marketing for your own project. Spikey will not claim copyright over the personalities you build or the conversations generated. Ethical use restriction: Despite having the rights to the content, the user agrees to maintain a friendly environment ('family friendly' within Web3 standards). It is strictly prohibited to use the bot to generate illegal content, child abuse material, doxing (revealing private information of third parties), or malicious identity theft.

For Supra Memeverse to offer advanced conversational interactions (thanks to OpenClaw technology) and remember the context of chats (persistent memory), the bot needs to process and temporarily store user messages. Data logging (Logs): We temporarily store logs of messages in our database exclusively to maintain the consistency and memory of the AI in your groups and DMs. Periodic purge: To protect user privacy, these conversation logs are not kept indefinitely. They are periodically deleted (purged) from our servers after a predetermined time cycle. User responsibility: Spikey strongly advises users NOT to share sensitive personal information (such as real names, addresses, private keys, seed phrases, or passwords) in chats where the bot is active. Spikey is not responsible for the leakage of private data that the user has voluntarily entered into the chat with the AI.

The Supra Memeverse allows users to invite and deploy their AI agents in public groups and third-party Telegram channels. Administrator Responsibility: The user who configures the AI and the administrators of the group where it is deployed are solely responsible for supervising and moderating the bot's behavior towards their community. Spikey is not a moderator: Spikey provides the technological infrastructure, but has no legal obligation to actively monitor or censor conversations in third-party groups. Right of Suspension: Nevertheless, if we receive reports that a bot is being used to promote scams, send malicious spam, or violate the ethical use rules mentioned in Section 6, Spikey reserves the unilateral right to disconnect, suspend, or ban said bot immediately, without the right to a refund.

The Spikey ecosystem works by interconnecting several independent technologies. Our service depends entirely on the functioning of: • The API and servers of Telegram. • Large language model and infrastructure providers (such as OpenClaw). • The Supra blockchain network. Spikey is not responsible for service interruptions (downtime), loss of AI memory, or message delays caused by failures in the platforms of these third parties. The service is offered "As Is" and "as available".

Indemnification: By using the bot, you agree to protect, defend, and indemnify Spikey (and its developers) against any claim, demand, damage, or legal expense arising as a result of the misuse you give to the AI in a public or private environment. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law to this decentralized software protocol, under no circumstances will Spikey be responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of reputation, or loss of funds. Spikey's maximum aggregate liability for any technical failure or dispute will be strictly limited to the amount the user has paid for their active subscription in the current month, or the equivalent of $10 USD in $SUPRA, whichever is less.

Being a protocol in active development (Beta Phase), Spikey reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms, as well as the subscription fees or use rules at any time. Continued use of the bot after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
